I asked readers to send in personalized burrito recipes in addition to burrito-centric songs, haikus, drawings, and videos. all who’ve submitted and continue to submit will receive a free t-shirt.

What can fill me up

With exactly what I need

The Rithlal new Delhi Special by Arvil Nagpal

Instead of tortillas, you use roti’s, a very common Indian flatbread.

Fill the roti’s with:

  • Paneer (Indian cheese)
  • Chawl (Indian rice)
  • Bhindi (Indian okra)
  • Rajma (Indian red kidney beans)
  • Coconut chutney
  • Hot peppers

Fill each tortilla in center with mixture. Fold tortilla. Sprinkle with remaining cilantro

Continue to submit and Burrito Boy will continue to send out t-shirts while supplies last.
