What kind of damage is covered under a U.S. Cellular Warranty?

I have a Kyocera Strobe, and the A button and the Left Arrow on the QWERTY keyboard don't always work. I was wondering if they'll repair it or fix it since they don't make my phone model anymore. I was wondering what is covered under a U.S. Cellular warranty… if I would be able to 'help' my phone break, and how I would want to 'help' it along a path of broken-ness… if anyone knows, do tell!

they will most likely just give you a used phone as a replacement.
that is my experience with them.
