Pat Manocchia Talks Fitness on Howard Stern Show

Pat Manocchia, personal trainer for Howard Stern, went on the radio host’s show today.

Manocchia gave listeners fitness advise and promoted his new book, “Anatomy of Strength Training”.

For those wanting to shape up, he points to the following:

“Your body only does five things. five – that’s it.

“You bend a joint. you extend a joint. you pull it away from your body. you pull it in. You rotate it.”

However Manocchia, who was Madonna’s trainer for nine years, believes no one is perfect when it comes to diet.

He told Gather.com:

"I'm not starting to crucify somebody for carrying a big Mac.

“You can't eat ideally each singular meal. it only doesn't work similar to that.

“The design is to do a most appropriate we can as well as have intelligent choices.

“And don't kick yourself up if we don't have a intelligent choice."

Stern says he considers Manocchia one of his closest friends and the “manliest man he knows.”
