Why do people think Paris Hilton is rich?

comparing her merely millions to Ivanka Trump.. or worse, Georgina Bloomberg (whom i think its awesome coz she's so poise and love riding horses) , heiress of Michael Bloomberg (mayor of NY) who stands to inherit 60 billions.
she's really a nothing and people are crazy about her for nothing.

Uh, do you have any idea how much money the average person in the world has? she is rich.

she has more money than the average person and she had to do nothing to get money while us regular folks have to scrape every penny we have.

Cause she is rich. I hate her but lets face the facts she is rich.
Compare her to who you said, then yes, she has less money than them. But still I would kill to see a fraction of what paris has.

Unless she personally earns the money herself, she is just as broke as anyone else. Look at Tori Spelling, her dad left her with hardly anything. That could happen to Paris too.

Hey, she may not be as rich as some people, but a lot richer than most of us.

Who ever said she was rich money doesn't make you rich happiness and love makes you rich and being loved by other she seems like she has non of that.

She is rich. if a person makes more than $250,000.00 a year you are rich. I forget what it is called but there is an actual chart to show whether a person is poor, middle class, rich.
Poor: $75,000.00 >
Middle: $250,000.00>
Rich: $250,000.00>

There is another unofficial level called super rich. in order to be super rich you have to make either $10 million or $100 million a year.
