HELP PLEASE!!! Need some advice, leave a comment!!!?

Well heres my PROBLEM. About last year in October 08' i purchased a used xbox 360 b/c last 4 or 5 got the red ring and/or disc drive broke. so it has worked great to about last month November 09'. a update or what ever Microsoft did has just recently done with the ban hammer, banned my console and i had just purchased call of duty modern warfare 2 (xbox live expires march or April 2010). so i called 1-800-4my-xbox and told the guy what happened and he thinks who ever had it before me changed stuff on it and was not detected en-till the new update. so i asked if they can unban me (NO), can u send u new console (NO), can you do any thing for me (NO)!!!!! so i was furious by now and said F*** you and MICROSOFT im going to buy a PS3 (and did on blackfriday, ps3 slim AWESOME) the guy answered and said SORRY to hear that : ( all he could suggest is going back to where you purchased it and i did, Game stop. they said, sorry its past 30 days and you did not do the +1 yr extended warranty. so i asked the lady what if i trade it in. she replied yes but you will only get 60-80 store credit. so i left and came home and now have a ps3 great blue ray, games, and graphics AND a Xbox 360 that cant go online (banned), have a new game that is great online play, and my account wont expire en-till next yr march or April.so what do i do?I have about 30 games on 360 and 3 for ps3.

Options i thought of:

1) get rid of 360 completely but gain very little back after spending around $60 on each game and a lot on each console.

2) trade in 360 get 60-80 dollars for it and get another 360 (used 360 now $140 and be able to play codmw2 online and other games .

PROs N Cons of PS3:

pro blue-ray, good games and graphics, FREE online, RARELY hear about things going wrong with it

Cons some games not on a ps3 ex crackdown, dead rising, fear, gears of war 1 and 2, ALL halo games, Left for dead 1 and 2, saint row etc. SO a lot of these i would miss

Pros and Cons of Xbox 360:

Pros good games, good online, i have 80-90 friends, gs 19,200

Cons Microsoft bans people that don't do mods and do spend money on games, on my 5th or 6th console (lost track), need to pay for online play $50 a yr, some games saves have become corrupt after beating it, no blue-ray, really gets hot, big power brick, i could go on; u all know how 360s are!!!!!

So what do i do tell me what you all think give me your advice.

If you were in my situation what would you do.

can suggest other ideas or anything at all.

Please need some guidance!!!
